the new zero
  December 31st: resolutions

My New Year's resolutions:

  1. Learn how to crimp my own Ethernet cable.

  2. Get fit. I've really slacked off on the whole exercise thing in the past three or four months, and I need to get back to it.

  3. Go back to the diet. Start eating better. This also means no caffeine. Also, no soda, diet or not. Water is my fluid of choice.

  4. Keep the house cleaner. Do the dishes three times a week instead of one, and do a little bit of picking up every day instead of waiting till it gets intolerable and doing it all in one fell swoop.

  5. Keep better track of my finances. I bought Quicken the other day to help me do this very thing.

  6. Keep better track of my life in general. Write everything down, take my planner with me everywhere.

  7. Make a new to do every day list, and stick to it.

  8. Scoop the cat boxes every single day.

  9. Investigate heavy-duty antihistamines.

  10. Write my grandparents at least once a quarter. Try not to shock them too badly.

  11. Proofread my journal entries better.

  12. Get those domains up and running.

  13. Get hell.org finished.

I'm also making a list of projects that I'd like to do in the first quarter of 2000. I'm going to be a busy girl for a while, but I'm always happiest when I have a lot to do.

And if you'll excuse me, I have to go paint my nails for the parties i'm going to tonight. Have a good New Year, all!
